What a Fantastic Company to Work For!!!!!!

Since 1988 Stampin' UP! has been helping people to share and enjoy creativity.

Stampin' UP! is an amazing company to work for. They had a goal for 2010 to recruit 10,000 New Demonstrators to the Stampin' UP! Family.

Check out these lovely video's of what happened to the 10,000th Demonstrator joining the Stampin' UP Family.

Welcome Christmas Stamp Class.....

Are you ready to Welcome Christmas yet? I have a birthday party to get sorted for my Eldest Son who is going to be 16 next week! Gosh! I still remember dressing him up in a santa babygrow for Christmas hee hee! Now he's going to be 16....

We will be using the Welcome Christmas stamp set for Stamp Class on Tuesday. One of the projects is a Gift Card Holder inspired by my downline Val. Thanks for showing us at Convention Val.

The Welcome Stamp Set is actually part of the Christmas Bundles which are on Special offer at the moment. It comes with some Specialty Paper called Christmas Cocoa. These are the papers in the class. They go perfectly with Soft Suede and Real Red cardstock.

This is the Gift Card Holder, perfect for those Top Up Gift Cards most Shops are offering at the moment.

I decided to add one of my Tall Gift Bags, like the ones I made for my Christmas Extravaganza Prize Patrol.

These are the ones using the In colour, paper, cardstock and ribbon. You can fit a small stamp set inside, like the a la carte ones.

Hope you are having a nice weekend.

More Contempo Christmas

These are the other samples I made using the Contempo Christmas Stamp Set. All have the similar Colour combination using the Jolly Holiday paper pack. You see how I love the new Scallop Trim and Border Punches!!!! Someone please take them off me......
The matching wheel was used on this card. This is the new Early Espresso - I love dark Chocolate! The ribbon is the 1/8th Taffeta in Early Espresso, the white edge stands out.
The frame on this little card is 2" x 2 7/8", so diddie, but fits the tree perfectly.
More cutting out of the ornament here.

Contempo Christmas Stamp Class.....

Brrr! It's so cold today! I feel horrid sending my boys out in the cold this morning to do their paper rounds! Especially as Sid is sitting in front of the fire, hogging it! His eyes must be burning, he is sitting so close! He'll be sitting even closer next week when he is stripped!!! Poor thing....

This is what we are up to today. The stamp set is Contempo Christmas. It really is a lovely little set of four stamps. It's great when the set has sentiments in as well. The papers are the jolly holiday pack, I know again! But I just love these colours for Christmas this year.

The set has a decorated gift bag to match included. These are really useful as they fold flat for storage, so you can make a few at the same time and you are ready to go!

I am halfway through the VAT, been doing it since last Tuesday, but lots of queries this month, so hopefully I will get the bulk of it done this afternoon after class.

Then back to stamping!

Bundle Of Love.....

This is the Card I made for my downline Hayley. I totally forgot to upload it earlier in October. Hope you are getting some rest Hayley!

The stamp set is Bundle of Love. I brought this set in the Clear Version as it has so many small accessories in the set and it works really well. The papers are from the Nursery Suite Specialty pack, which co-ordinates with the Sweet Baby Suite Stickers. I love the face on the baby, so cute and cheeky.....:-)
I went a bit over board with the pearls but they were the perfect size to fit in the tiny dots. If anything is still long enough it gets a pearl or rhinestone slapped on it! I punched out a heart using the tiny heart punch in Wild Wasabi. The markers were used to colour in the pram. You can't really see in the photo but the paper was the NEW Shimmer cardstock, Oh! My! its really shimmery and looks wonderful coloured in either with the markers or watercoloured....

Just Believe Stamp Class......

The weather has really changed here today. We had to have the fire on this morning and we (including Sid) were all sitting in front of it to warm up after the paper rounds! I do hope we don't get as much snow this year like last year! Although Sid loves it, he always seemed to have a white nose when we went out as he would eat the snow!

Anyway this is the project for this weeks class. The stamp set is Just Believe and it was one of the FREE ones we got from Convention! It really is a lovely lovely set and one I know I won't get rid off. I decided to mix it with the Elegant Soiree papers. The colour combination is Soft Suede, Baja Breeze, Very Vanilla and some Crumb cake.

Right I must finish the VAT now, so not much crafting will be done over the weekend I expect:-(

Stampin' UP Convention Swap Cards.......2010

Good Morning,

These are my General Swap cards for this year's Stampin' UP Convention in LONDON. I made three Christmas cards, using Dasher, Delightful Decorations and Contempo Christmas. The papers are the Jolly Holiday paper pack.

Stampin UP have a Special Offer running for a couple of months called Bundle up for Christmas. YOU CAN GET FREE REELS OF EXCLUSIVE RIBBON!!!! See the left of my blog.

There is also more fantastic news. You can now order from me and Pay by Credit Card!!!!
This is the Dasher version. The cardstock is Cherry Chobbler, Early Espresso and Very Vanilla. Jolly holiday paper pack. The stamp sets are Serene Snowflake, Dasher and Contempo Christmas. I used the Sprintzer tool, scallop trim corner and border punches to make the frame.
Next is a Contempo Christmas square card. I cut out the diamonds on the ornament for this one and layered it on to another one stamped in a different colour. The sentiment is Heard from the heart.

This one is using the Delightful Decorations stamp set and Ornament punch. The paper is Jolly Holiday pack plus Cherry Chobbler and Old olive cardstock. I used the crimper on the very vanilla layer.

This one uses the Just Believe stamp set. The base is Baja Breeze and Elegant Soiree paper pack. The punches used are Boho Blossom, Modern label, word window, scallop trim corner and border.

This is the Style Beautiful stamp set and the lap of luxury paper pack. The cardstock is Concord Crush also the ribbon is the same colour. Do you realise you can purchase all five in colour inkpads and a selection of each colour cardstock for only £27.95.

I used the Curly label punch for the centre. Punch two and join them together then layer a Wide Oval on top.

We did Team Swaps also. We had a lovely evening on Thursday with just my downline. We stamped into the wee hours and had so much fun. Apologies if you stayed either side of us!!!
We made a card, 3D and Tag for each other. These are what I made, also I made each of them my 3D Christmas tree Picture frame using the Delightful Decorations and Ornament punch. See my Open House post for that photo.
I decided to use the Growing Green Stamp set. I also used the watercolour paper for the flowers. The paper is woodland walk and the cardstock is Early Espresso, Wild Wasabi and very vanilla.

This is the Tent topper card. Everything is popped up.
This is the tag.
An extra was a matching box of choc's....... The tiny tag stamp set and punch was used here.
These are the rest of my downline Project's. They spent so much time on all of them and I really appreciate them all taking part in the Team Swap - Thanks girls.
This is all of them.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at these photo's. Lots of inspiration for you all.
Thanks for looking,
Jenny:-)xx

Stampin' Up! European Convention 2010 - LONDON

Hello Everyone! Please beware this is a long post..... But I want to SHARE with you all our Convention 2010 Adventures.

Where Oh! Where has the last week gone......Actually where has the last year gone. It was only a year ago that Stampin' UP! held their first Convention in Germany and NOW we have just had a second Stampin' UP! Convention. This time the Convention was held in LONDON. In Addington Palace near Croydon. Nearly 300 Stampin' UP! Demonstrators attended this year!

Demonstrators from all three European Countries came along. We were so looked after. We were greeted by the Lovely Paula and Jerome at our Hotels in the morning of the first day. Who are the UK and French Country Managers.

We were all taken to the Convention Venue by Coach - Oh! those poor coach drivers - How they put up with all us giggling and laughing, I just don't know. They played the Stampin UP Song will we were travelling, How Special. Attention to Detail was second to none.

When we arrived the very pretty drive was lined with these Stampin' UP! Flags. Wow! The wind just turned them in time for a photo!

This is Addington Palace. All six coaches arrived nearly at the same time.

After we arrived on Thursday we went out to a near by restaurant to catch up with each other.
These are some of my lovely Downline that managed to attend this year. OH! I love these ladies. They brighten my days and I feel so very blessed to know these lovely ladies. I think and (look!) as if I have had a face operation.......They made me laugh so much that my cheak bones and ribs are still hurting.
We went to celebrate Emma's Birthday.
The restaurant turned off the music and we all sang Happy Birthday to Emma. They gave her a cake and Balloons. Hope you had a lovely Birthday Emma.xxxxx

At Convention the very best thing is to Craft with your friends. This is all of us in the Main Hall getting ready for our Make & Take Morning. I will upload photo's tomorrow for you.
From the left is, Marisa, Chris, Jill, Maria, Val, Jane, ME and Emma

This is Jill and Maria. Great Friends. Before Stampin' UP! they had never met. Now look at these lovely friends.

These two beautiful ladies are Val and Jane. VAL you are truly the most funniest person! You are probably the culprit of my cheeks hurting so much. Thanks so much for coming along, You know how much I appreciate you being part of my TEAM.xxx They were cold and were sharing Maria's cardie. SHARING is so important to all of us.

This is the Lovely Emma. She is a mum of 4 beautiful little girls. She has worked so very hard this year, like the rest of our TEAM. She is lucky to have the lovely Marisa as her Downline who helps her run Events. They have been working so hard on these Events. They have lots of photo's over on their blog. Tons of children enjoying the fantastic art of Rubber Stamping.
Thank You Emma & Marisa for all your hard work this year. I hope you enjoy your Award goodies from me. Well Done!
This is a photo of the Country Managers and their Antics up on Stage - Stamping!!!! YES they can STAMP. They were brilliant.

The stage was set up with Large Rubber Stamps. We all took it in turns to have our piccies.
This is Marisa & Emma.

This is a group Photo of Our Team members that came along.
From the Left: Maria, Jill, Marisa, Jane, then ME, Val & Emma. All with our New Name Tags and Val is holding her Convention Bag! Gorgeous.

This is Jane Hugging one of the stamps. NO you can't take it home Jane.

This is Val and Jane. One of many takes!

This is Maria and Me!
Maria is so very Special. We were room buddies this year. She is great fun and such a good sport. She helped me finish up packing and sticking on the evening before we left. She travelled on a train for 5 hours to come and travell with Me, Jane and Val.
We talked and talked to the wee hours in the morning, Who needs sleep when you are with great friends.
Maria is an amazing stamper. She worked so very hard this last year with many things happening she still looked after her ladies. If you are one of Maria's ladies, YOU are so very LUCKY! Love You Maria. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of OUR Team and MY FRIEND.

SHARE WHAT YOU LOVE! Stampin' UP! lets you do this.......and You get to make NEW Friends far or Near.
We crafted together on the Thursday Evening all together. We stole chairs from each others room and I brought a fold up table. What fun. The talent from these ladies is amazing.
We had so much luggagge! Which nearly made me get stuck in the revolving doors! We were lucky enough to get a new Greenhouse Gala Tote Bag each, Convention Bag. Our Room looked like this........

This was our Table on Awards Night. We were spoilted with lovely food and great company.

I was extremely lucky to win three awards this year! A Big Huge Thank YOu to all my Customers and Downline. I really appreciate you all supporting me, Thank You.
I won the next Incentive Trip to Prague.
I came 2nd in the UK for Personal Sales.
I came 9th in the UK over all. I was given new pins to add to my Apron. Certificates. A free Stamp Set and this lovely box.

Inside the box was a scraf and a beautiful purse. Gosh!
